  Very, very unclean. Long hair found on the outside of the bed covers, some even on the pillow and under the blanket. Bed linen old and tatty, i.e. pulled threads on the quilt cover and the design faded from the cushions. Communal bathroom - which is okay, it is an old pub after all but there is no excuse for the filthy state of the communal kitchen. The carpet in the kitchen area was so revolting with food and dirt stains I didn't dare walk on it without shoes. The kitchen microwave was so encrusted with baked on food and grease it made me feel ill just looking at it. Only one shower and toilet for women. Someone tried once to make this an okay place but it is no longer fit for paid habitation in its current state.

  Do not have expect highly about this hotel! Rooms below average! And about the food, I ordered beed schnitzel which was on special. It did taste off, but surprisingly I was too hungry, I finished it. I was sick the whole night and the day after.

  At only $60/night for a single room it sounded like a bargain until I actually saw the room.
